Dallas, TX, October 4, 2013 – BTX announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Family Distributors for fabrication and distribution of Coulisse premium decorative window products in specific North American markets. Family Distributors, located in Ft. Lauderdale, functions as master distributor and importer under an exclusive agreement with Coulisse BV, headquartered in The Netherlands.

In connection with these developments, the activities of BTX will be re-directed and
intensified, with focus on the upper end residential and hospitality markets. The duties of the former president, Will Knieper, who is leaving the company, will be taken over by the current CEO, Jon Vrielink.
